Overview of the Role

We are currently building a strong pool of talent for future Workshop Foreman opportunities across the UAE.

As a Workshop Foreman, you will play a key role in ensuring the workshop delivers high-quality work efficiently and on time. You will oversee daily shop-floor activities, coordinate job distribution, support technicians, maintain workshop safety and quality standards, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily workshop activities to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.
• Allocate, control, and follow up on workshop jobs to ensure work is completed correctly and according to schedule.
• Monitor the quality of repairs and minimise repeat jobs.
• Support timely vehicle completion and delivery.
• Maintain a safe workshop environment and ensure established safety procedures are followed.
• Train and coach technicians to strengthen their technical capabilities and improve performance.
• Maintain effective communication across the workshop to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure workshop processes, procedures, and warranty requirements are consistently followed.
• Monitor technician productivity and efficiency and address operational concerns when required.
• Support a customer-focused culture by maintaining high standards of workmanship and service quality.

• Strong automotive technical knowledge and workshop experience.
• Excellent workshop organisation and job-control skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and coach technicians.
• Strong understanding of workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Ability to prepare and communicate technical information and reports.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong planning, organising, analytical, and follow-up capabilities.
• Customer-focused and quality-driven approach.
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic automotive aftersales team focused on quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with technicians and workshop management, you will help coordinate daily operations, develop team capabilities, and ensure vehicles are repaired to the required standards within agreed timelines.

What Equips You for the Role

• Diploma, technical qualification, or degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant automotive workshop experience in a similar or equivalent role.
• Strong technical knowledge and practical understanding of automotive workshop operations.
• Experience supervising, training, and coaching technical teams.
• Ability to manage job allocation, workshop workflow, productivity, and quality.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good planning and organisational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.
