Overview of the Role
Are you an automotive aftersales professional with experience in warranty and contract administration and a strong eye for accuracy?
We are currently building a strong pool of talented Warranty Executives for future opportunities across the UAE.
As a Warranty Executive, you will play an important role in ensuring warranty and contract claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with applicable policies and procedures. You will support workshop operations by ensuring claims are completed on time, minimizing rejections and outstanding claims, and supporting accurate financial reconciliation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-focused professional with automotive aftersales experience who enjoys working with data, systems, and multiple stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Process warranty and contract claims accurately and within required timelines.
- Maintain timely processing to minimize backlogs and support the invoicing of pending warranty and contract jobs.
- Respond to warranty and contract-related queries and support the resolution of issues.
- Ensure warranty and contract policies and procedures are correctly followed.
- Maintain a strong focus on claim quality to minimize rejection and outstanding amounts.
- Process credit notes and support the reconciliation of outstanding accounts.
- Maintain accurate warranty and contract records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve operational targets.
- Participate in relevant on-the-job and technical training to continuously strengthen knowledge and productivity.
Required Skills to Be Successful
- Strong knowledge of automotive warranty and contract administration.
- Good understanding of automotive aftersales operations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP or a similar automotive system.
- Working knowledge of business intelligence reporting.
- Basic understanding of accounting, finance, data processing, and automotive engineering.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good problem-solving and time-management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
About the Team
You will be part of an Aftersales Warranty team, working closely with workshop and other operational stakeholders to support efficient warranty and contract processing.
The team is focused on maintaining accurate claims, minimizing processing delays and rejections, supporting financial reconciliation, and ensuring warranty and contract requirements are consistently followed.
What Equips You for the Role
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, Business qualification, or graduate qualification in another discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of experience within a major automotive manufacturer, dealership, or distributorship in a Warranty/Contracts Assistant or similar role.
- Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general PC skills.
- ERP experience, preferably within an automotive environment.
- Basic accounting, finance, data processing, and automotive engineering knowledge.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Well-organized with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work.
