Job Responsibilities:     

We are currently seeking a Vice President to manage Human Resources and Administration as a partner to the business to ensure achievement of business targets through stakeholder engagement and efficient and effective delivery of HR functions; Source and hire right talent on time, engage employees, develop leaders, build a performing organization.  To analyze, manage and report Human Resources information for making informed management decisions that is consistent and align with Group Policies and Saudi Labour Laws.  Ensures that well trained and motivated people are available to work effectively for the achievement of individual, group and organisational objectives and ready to meet the changing needs of business.

 

What you will do:

    • Formulate the annual budget and quarterly reviews and monitor its performance against budget & business objectives and ensure that management is accurately and timely informed about the HR cost status of the company
    • Initiate and prepare manpower budget to ensure that effective and adequate human resources are available at all times to meet the operational requirements
    • Within the approved manpower budget, plan, strategize and initiate recruitment process using different sources and organise timely and cost effective recruitment of applicants with the right skills set, attitude and culture fit to meet the requirements of the business on time
    • Initiates and organizes the performance appraisal process, career development discussion and plan training programs in order to improve efficiency and productivity of the employees and to develop future resources for the company
    • Continuous engagement of employees throughout the year using different platforms so as to keep an engaged workforce to deliver on business target and objectives
    • Design and develops, effective and viable organization structure compatible with the company’s commercial objectives and periodically reviews to maintain its effectiveness
    • Constantly review the viability of the structure and ensure succession plan is in place to future-proof the organization
    • Constantly review the internal equity, market positioning and make a constant effort to manage salary review of deserving and performing employees
    • Ensures that accurate and timely payment of salaries as per the prescribed rules and policies of the Group
    • Ensure availability of HR data including demographics to help the management make sound decisions that will have impact on the future state of the business. Data should be accurate, timely and complete
    • Monitor & arrange timely renewals of the Trade Licenses & Registrations of the Company’s Head Offices and Branch Offices in order to maintain the continuity of the business and compliance of the legal requirements
    • Ensures that all company premises are maintained properly to project the corporate image and  arrange timely procurement of goods and services to meet the operational requirement
    • Closely partner with government entities relative to Saudization requirements

What equips you for the role:

  • Holding a Bachelors / Master’s degree with specialization in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Psychology
  • Having 10-12 years’ experience in a progressive organization (Including 5-7 years in a senior managerial position in Insurance Sector )
  • Strong Legal knowledge, Principles and Practices of Human Resource Management
  • Ability to prioritize workload in meeting deadlines and agreed TAT
  • Living in Riyadh- Saudi Arabia

 

Working Days and Hours:

  • Working Days : Sunday to Thursday
  • Time: 8: 00 AM till 5:00 PM
  • Weekends: Friday and Saturday
