Key Requirements

  • Completed a degree in business management or any equivalent qualification
  • Minimum Experience of 01 year in a business development or similar role
  • IT literacy and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Hardworking individual with a positive attitude

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supporting to manage the internal audits of concerned departments
  • Supporting to carry out marketing & promotional activities by coordinating with designers and material suppliers
  • Conducting time and motion studies on all aftersales operations to ensure sustainable growth in productivity and efficiency
  • Providing constant assistance in identifying and recognizing new business development avenues in aftersales
  • Ensuring the successful monitoring and collection of customer data for the whole aftersales operations
  • Ensuring that all documents related to activities carried out by the Projects and Network Development team is monitored, organized and saved accordingly
  • Ensuring that data required for principle reporting is accurately collected and categorized.
