 Key Requirements

  • Successfully completed a degree in business management or finance from a recognized institution.
  • Fully or partly completed professional qualification in CIMA/ACCA/CIM would be an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the operations management function.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of process, structure, systems and methodology.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skill.
  • Achievement and solution orientated with strategic thinking skills.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Play a key support role to Director Passenger vehicles to manage operations of Passenger Vehicles BU by identifying key issues/operational gaps, recommending solutions, and supporting the implementation process.
  • Support the formulation and execution of strategy for Passenger Vehicle BU including leading brands like Nissan, Suzuki, Renault, Yamaha Motorcycles and Marine products.
  • Improve operational management systems and Standard operating procedures through adoption of best practices.
  • Monitor and report working capital movement and ensuring WC KPI’s are achieved by recommending solutions for identified anomalies.
  • Conduct market analysis to monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities, propose strategies for gaps identified.
  • Monitor and report performance of Passenger Vehicle brands and prepare management reports.
  • Assist with forecasting and the overall budgeting process.
