Facilities management is the integration of processes within the organisation to maintain and develop the required services standard at AFRE (51) properties across UAE which support and improve the effectiveness of the assets and their primary activities. The Facilities Manager (FM) is involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, in relation to buildings, premises, infrastructure and the business operational requirements.

We are looking to recruit a talent Emirate to works as Facilities Manager and he will be responsible for providing, maintaining and developing a multitude of services including security and health & safety. Such services range from property strategy, building, infrastructure and facilities maintenance, communications, administration and contract management for a number of outsourced engineering, maintenance and cleaning service providers.

The Facilities Manager will have to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities, and be able to handle multiple and often conflicting priorities. The FM also has to develop and maintain standard operating procedures, emergency response plans, preventive and predictive maintenance programmes and all technical documentation.
