Job Description:

 

The Call Center Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

 

What you will do 

 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate to the relevant department when required
  • Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards

 

Required Skills to be successful 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
