Job Description:

 

We are seeking a UAE National graduate who is interested in building a career in the insurance industry. The Customer Service Executive will support customers across insurance-related inquiries, policy servicing, and coordination with internal teams, while delivering a high standard of service and professionalism.

 

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals (0–3 years experience) who are willing to learn and grow within the insurance sector.

 

What you will do 

 

  • Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage, endorsements, and general service requests
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone, email, and in person
  • Support policy servicing activities such as renewals, updates, and documentation follow‑ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams (underwriting, claims, operations) to resolve customer requests
  • Maintain accurate records and customer data in internal systems
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Always deliver professional and customer‑focused experience

 

Required Skills to be successful 

 

  • UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) – mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or a related role
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Willingness to work full day from office
  • Interest in building a long‑term career in the insurance industry
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using systems and MS Office
