Overview of the role:

We are looking for a motivated UAE National to join our Power & Industrial Products Division (FAMCO) as an Aftermarket Consultant. This onsite position based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP) offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading industrial products and solutions, supporting our After Sales and Service operations for Ingersoll Rand (IR) equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, workshop efficiency, and long-term business growth across the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors

 

What you will do:

  • Support the After Sales and Service operations for industrial products and equipment.
  • Assist in managing customer requests, quotations, and service coordination to ensure smooth job delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the service and workshop teams to ensure efficiency and timely completion of jobs.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales and service targets.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication in line with FAMCO’s processes and standards.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry practices, and company policies.

 

Required skills to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge or interest in After Sales, Service Operations, or Industrial Products.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred

You will be part of the Power & Industrial Products Division, working with a dedicated and supportive team that values collaboration, learning, and excellence. Led by the National After Sales Manager – IP Division, the team focuses on providing the highest level of customer service and technical expertise across FAMCO’s industrial product range.
