Al‑Futtaim Health is inviting Emirati nationals to join our HealthHub Clinics in Dubai as a Unit In‑Charge / Clinic Manager. 


This opportunity is open exclusively to UAE Nationals as part of our continued commitment to Emiratisation and developing local leadership talent within healthcare operations.


As a Unit In‑Charge, you will be fully accountable for the overall operations, performance, and quality standards of the clinic. 


You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage resources effectively, and deliver an outstanding experience for patients, physicians, and staff.


Work Pattern


Full‑time position.
Clinic‑based leadership role in Dubai.
5‑day work week aligned with clinic operating hours.

Key Responsibilities


Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic.
Lead, manage, and support a multidisciplinary team of up to 40 staff members.
Develop, monitor, and control clinic budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
Ensure effective staffing, rostering, attendance management, and performance evaluation.
Oversee procurement, stock management, petty cash, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, healthcare laws, and corporate policies.
Monitor and improve clinic productivity, patient flow, and operational effectiveness.
Oversee patient relations, complaints management, and service recovery.
Work closely with physicians, Medical Directors, and support functions to ensure clinical excellence.
Prepare and review operational, financial, quality, and performance reports.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with accreditation and safety standards.
Ensure infection control, safety, emergency preparedness, and environmental standards are met.
Support projects, clinic launches, process improvements, and special initiatives as required.

Who You Are


Emirati national with a valid family book (mandatory).
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar healthcare operations or clinic management role.
Strong leadership, people management, and decision‑making skills.
Solid understanding of healthcare operations, revenue cycle, insurance, and patient services.
Experience managing budgets, resources, and operational KPIs.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage physicians, staff, and stakeholders.
Results‑driven, organised, and able to perform under pressure.
