Overview Of The Role:
- The Marketing & Communication Executive is responsible for leading the marketing and communication efforts for renowned fashion brands under INDITEX in Thailand. Tasked with crafting and executing strategies, this role involves creating impactful marketing collateral, directing promotional programs, and ensuring cohesive branding across all platforms. Success in this role hinges on effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners, alignment with brand objectives, and adept budget management to maximize ROI.
What You Will Do:
Marketing and Communication Activities
- Responsible for the proposal, coordination, and execution of marketing and communications activities such as marketing collateral production, advertising, and promotional programs.
- Collaborate with a diverse staff team to create and manage integrated marketing and communication strategies across the organization.
- Coordinate with in-house graphic designers and external vendors for the development, production, and distribution of promotional materials.
- Provide writing and editing support for all outbound communication, including emails, promotional materials, product updates, and reports.
- Assist in the development of innovative campaigns and activations for all brands with new and creative ideas.
Event Management and Trend Analysis
- Plan, organize, and execute brand events and activations.
- Anticipate trends in the marketing and retail world to stay ahead in the industry.
- Manage brands' LINE official accounts, including setting broadcasts.
Budget Management and Reporting
- Manage all activities within the budget and ensure a good return on investment.
- Deliver campaigns on time and achieve the set objectives.
- Ensure cost-effective executions that meet marketing budgets.
- Provide timely reporting with actionable recommendations.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on writing and presentations.
- Strong leadership qualities with an ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Creative and strategic thinker capable of integrating marketing efforts across diverse channels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of advertising, public relations, and event management.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills with proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and preferably in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
