Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to carry out dealership services on customer vehicles in line with company standards, ensuring high quality, productivity, and technical efficiency. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the workshop by delivering consistent, first-time-right repairs and helping avoid repeat concerns, ultimately supporting workshop revenue growth.

What you will do:

• Promptly execute service repairs as outlined in the repair order and within the provided schedule.
• Identify and report additional job requirements along with cost estimates.
• Maintain accurate check sheets and log sheets for all jobs.
• Keep tools and equipment in the bay in proper condition according to company standards.
• Ensure all work is performed with zero repeat repairs.
• Conduct proper diagnosis and troubleshooting of vehicle issues.
• Perform final inspections in line with standard operating procedures.
• Achieve targeted efficiency and productivity benchmarks.
• Accurately clock in and out for all tasks to ensure precise booking hours.
• Complete all internal assessments, training courses, and on-the-job training as scheduled by the Training Manager.
• Enroll in and obtain relevant certifications as required by the vehicle manufacturer/principal.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures relevant to the technician role.
• Maintain fire safety awareness, especially when working with fuel systems, and ensure fire extinguishers are nearby.
• Report any workplace incidents to the supervisor immediately.

• High level of customer service awareness and dedication to quality work.

About the team:

In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced, skilled workshop team reporting directly to the Workshop Manager. The team is performance-driven, collaborative, and committed to delivering best-in-class aftersales service to customers.

What equips you for the role:

• 2–3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably within a dealership environment.
• Solid diagnostic skills and hands-on technical expertise.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with automotive safety protocols and workshop SOPs
