HealthHub Clinics, part of Al-Futtaim Health, is seeking an experienced Specialist Pediatric Dentist to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare and dental network in Dubai.


This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about children's oral health and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a modern outpatient environment.


We are looking for a Pediatric Dentist who can combine excellent clinical skills with outstanding communication and behaviour management techniques, helping children develop positive and lifelong attitudes toward dental care.


Pediatric Dentistry is recognised as a specialist discipline focused on preventive and therapeutic oral healthcare for children from birth through adolescence, including children with behavioural, developmental, and special healthcare needs.

About the Role


As a Specialist Pediatric Dentist, you will provide comprehensive pediatric dental care while supporting prevention, early intervention, treatment planning, and oral health education.


You will diagnose, prevent, and treat oral health conditions affecting infants, children, adolescents, and children with special healthcare needs while ensuring a positive and comfortable patient experience.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct comprehensive pediatric dental examinations and consultations.
Develop individualised treatment plans for children and adolescents.
Deliver preventive, restorative, and therapeutic dental care.
Manage dental caries and early childhood oral health conditions.
Perform pediatric dental procedures in accordance with best clinical practice.
Apply behaviour management techniques to support a positive patient experience.
Educate parents and caregivers regarding oral hygiene and preventive care.
Assess and manage children with special healthcare needs where appropriate.
Collaborate with pediatricians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate DHA-compliant clinical records and documentation.
Participate in quality improvement and continuing professional development initiatives.


Essential Requirements


DHA, DOH (HAAD), or MOH Licensed Specialist Pediatric Dentist.
Recognised specialist qualification in Pediatric Dentistry.
Minimum 3 years' specialist-level pediatric dentistry experience preferred.
Strong experience treating infants, children, and adolescents.
Experience in restorative and preventive pediatric dentistry.
Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
Excellent patient and parent engagement skills.
Fluent English language skills.
Arabic language skills highly desirable.

Children's dental clinics.
Hospital dental departments.
Special healthcare needs dentistry.
Sedation or behaviour management experience.
Community oral health and preventive programmes.
Multidisciplinary pediatric healthcare environments. Pediatric dentistry frequently supports children with behavioural, medical, developmental, and special healthcare needs.
