Overview Of The Role:
- The Receptionist is responsible for providing a high level of customer service as the initial point of contact in the service department. This role requires meeting and greeting customers professionally and politely, compiling customer information according to departmental standards, and guiding customers to the relevant service advisors. The Receptionist plays a pivotal role in achieving department objectives by attending to inquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting departmental operations.
What You Will Do:
Customer Interaction
- Greet and receive all customers with the highest level of customer care and the World's Warmest Welcome.
- Qualify customer requirements and guide them to the relevant service advisor.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Introduce all aftersales products to the customer along with their benefits.
Appointment Management
- Prepare Customer Receiving forms for appointment customers, preferably one day before the appointment.
- Schedule appointments based on the service advisor's daily duty roster.
- Prepare chips for the Job Process Control Board for the day before the appointment.
Support and Coordination
- Support the service department in achieving 100% of the department budget.
- Coordinate with department drivers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adhere to all departmental procedures and policies, including Kodawari evaluation.
Training and Development
- Attend all scheduled trainings to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Be equipped with job-specific requirements to ensure customer engagement and personal engagement with the company.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Strong communication skills.
- Team orientation.
- Fluency in English, with Arabic being an advantage.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- High School/College Graduate, with university education as an advantage.
- A government or national trade certificate in mechanical automotive engineering is beneficial.
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer-oriented environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in SAP Dealer System, Excel, and Word.
