Overview of the role:
We are seeking a highly organized Service Supervisor to lead and manage workshop operations, ensuring optimum utilization of labor and resources. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction by aligning repair jobs with technician capabilities and ensuring compliance with safety and warranty guidelines.

What you will do:

• Allocate job cards based on technician skills and workload to maximize throughput and reduce vehicle downtime.
• Review pre-order parts forms and coordinate with the Parts department to ensure timely availability.
• Perform quality checks on completed jobs to minimize return work and customer complaints.
• Supervise warranty job processing, ensuring documentation aligns with manufacturer requirements.
• Monitor workshop performance KPIs, including hours sold vs. idle hours, and prepare performance reports for management.
• Oversee communication between service advisors and customers to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure technicians are trained, tools are functional, and safety standards are followed across the workshop.

Required skills to be successful:

• Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Solid technical background in vehicle diagnosis and repair.
• Familiarity with technical and workshop management software.
• Effective communication and team supervision abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

• You will lead a skilled and diverse team of automotive technicians and service advisors in a fast-paced, performance-driven workshop environment. The team thrives on collaboration, high service standards, and continuous improvement to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• What equips you for the role:
• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Automotive or related field.
• Certified Automotive Technician (mandatory).
• BKT (Bus Key Technician) certification from Volvo Bus Corporation is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in workshop repairs, with 2+ years in a supervisory role at a reputable automotive dealership.
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
• Valid UAE passenger bus driver’s license is an advantage.
