Overview of the Role

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and ready to drive the product vision for one of the region’s most iconic brands? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – Product Marketing to champion our product portfolio and be the true voice of the customer across our organization. Based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Toyota products, maximizing profitability, and influencing key decisions with our OEM partners.

 

What You Will Do

  • Identify target segments and define primary customer profiles for each product line.
  • Manage the product lifecycle to meet evolving consumer needs, technology trends, and competitor activity.
  • Lead new vehicle launches and optimize business impact.
  • Maximize portfolio profit by optimizing volume, profit per unit, and grade mix.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and recommend pricing strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs to secure market influence and align on brand strategy.
  • Coordinate with demand and supply teams for effective stock management.
  • Ensure product quality aligns with Gulf Standard Organization (GSO) standards.

 

Required Skills to Be Successful

  • University degree (Automotive or Mechanical Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in product-related roles (OEM experience desirable).
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and financial skills.
  • Ability to understand technical vehicle aspects and interpret complex data.
  • Advanced project management and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for automotive products and a natural seller of vision and ideas.
  • Willingness to experiment and comfort with ambiguity.

You will report to the GM – Product and Pricing and lead a dedicated Product Manager. Our team is committed to innovation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders. We work closely with cross-functional teams and OEM partners to ensure our products remain at the forefront of the market.
