About the role.


The purpose of the role is to own the measurement, design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, dataflows, dashboards, etc. to drive key CRM campaign decisions.

 

Some Key Responsibilities.
•    Gather and analyze complex data to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
•    Use modern tools to apply required transformations, enrichments, and data derivations to improve customer service relationships and assist in customer retention and drive sales growth.
•    Develop visual and interactive dashboards that provide self-service, action-oriented insights to the Life Cycle team and track progress against key performance indicators.
•    Providing insights on the performance of the campaign in form of Monthly Business Review, campaign performance analysis, brand performance league, etc.
•    Determine which customers to target for marketing campaigns using techniques like conduct analysis (scoring, segmentation, predictive model).
•    Work closely with the CRM and the Automotive brands, and potentially vendors, to identify analytics opportunities based on a deep understanding of our businesses and their information assets.

 

About You.

 

Education: 
B.Sc. Degree. Computer Science/statistics or any other numerical degree.

 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:  
•    Candidates who are considered for this role should have demonstrated a high-level of Commercial Acumen,
•    Excellent IT skills including expert knowledge and experience of database structures, Analytics systems (preferably Tableau & Alteryx), SQL and advanced Excel skills.
•    Minimum of 3 years of working experience in data, CRM campaign measurement, insights, and data science, covering both technical and insights management elements.

 

Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
•    Highly proficient in SQL. 
•    Expert knowledge of Tableau & Alteryx.
•    Have hands-on CRM data management experience managing large volumes of data, across multiple audiences
•    Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, resourcefulness and time management capabilities
•    Highly numerate with superb analytical ability and knowledge of analytical tools. 
•    Demonstrated business and strategy acumen 
•    Very organized with very high-level attention to details.
