KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support to conduct the annual manpower and budgeting exercise accurately and efficiently and Generate BPC Finance reports as and when required
  • Update cost centers and map to the correct HRBP and business units and communicate the changes to HRIS team for system updates.
  • Produce analysis and dashboards on headcount, manpower, cost and attrition including trends and commentary and present them in relevant packs and presentations for AMW Brands.
  • represent the HRBP as an emergency responder as and when needed and take part in employee relations activities and cases as a member of the HR team.
  • Manage projects that are required to be delivered in the AMW cluster and are not necessarily pegged to a particular brand, business or HRBP and assist additional resource in the HR work-stream of major transformation projects that are led by the HRBPs
  • Involved in end to end recruitment, Gather and collate a resource sharing pool for Business Partners to gain visibility on available re-deployable resources across AMW group and show cost savings to the respective authorities of re-deployable resources instead of external hire.
  • Collate, send and receive back all hard copy approval documents that require further signatures to ensure all approvals are complete on time.
  • Produce and update org charts manually on MS Visio or power point for work levels 2, 3 and 4 and circulate to HRBPs and business heads.
  • Maintain, update and share the vacant position tracker on recruitment, on-boarding, approved Recruitment Justification Forms, Internal Recruitment and leavers with the HR Team

 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Should possess a Degree in HRM or an equivalent qualification, Knowledge of HR management systems such as SAP and Oracle is required.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar roles as an HR analyst or a finance or business analyst is required.
  • Financial and numerical proficiency, MS Excel knowledge and ability, Creating MS Power Point presentations, Creating MS Visio organization charts, Producing graphs and dashboards
  • Positive attitude/ fast learning/good team player/ will to work late hours where it’s necessary, willing to travel other AMW locations.
  • Work under pressure & complete tasks well ahead of deadlines.
