We are looking for a senior automotive profession to associate with Nissan Automotives in Sri Lanka.

Overview of the role
The Senior Aftersales Manager for Nissan Automobiles will be primarily responsible for the technical management and wellbeing of Nissan vehicles imported from India and Japan. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for meeting the business targets of the Nissan Franchise workshop at Union Place, Colombo 02.

 

Job Description 

•    Liaise with Nissan principals on technology transfer, troubleshooting, diagnostic techniques, and warranty management.
•    Retrain workshop staff on brand-specific technical training.
•    Serve as the primary contact for technical-related queries with principals.
•    Achieve overall revenue targets, manage costs, and meet budgeted net profit targets for franchise workshops.
•    Coordinate with key accounts, government fleet owners, and corporates to service and maintain Nissan vehicle fleets.
•    Oversee the overall administration and stakeholder management of the Nissan Franchise workshop.

 

What equips you for the role

•    Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
•    Minimum 08 years of proven experience in franchise workshop management for leading automotive brands in Sri Lanka and overseas. 
•    Strong background on working on ERP business environment.
•    Conduct of technical training and dealer network management will be an added advantage.
•    Strong business relationships with Major Government fleets, key accounts on fleet management. 
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with foreign principals.
