• The role involves delivering excellent customer service to support store objectives and ensure the maintenance of designated sections, contributing to achieving store sales targets and providing a great customer experience. As a key member of the store team, this position focuses on customer satisfaction, efficient sales processing, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and stock management.

Store Maintenance

• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager keeping a basic image of the area (folding and displaying).
• Ensure that good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor when required and ensure that the Cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.
• Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging the stockroom efficiently.

Sales and Customer Service

• Process sales, exchanges and refunds efficiently, accurately and quickly in all payment methods.
• Ensure that customers are acknowledged and receive a quality service either face to face or over the telephone.
• Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store to assist customers effectively.

Compliance and Health & Safety

• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and always updated on SOPs.
• Implement store self-assessment audits and reviews internal audit reports, devising action plans with the wider management team ensuring actions are delivered.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and communicate with the senior management team in case of an accident.
• Be aware of risks to employees and customers and understand safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.

• Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred.
