• The role involves supporting store objectives by delivering excellent customer service aligned with the store needs. You will be responsible for maintaining designated sections and zones, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with standards while enhancing customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to maintaining store sections, processing transactions, and developing product knowledge to drive sales targets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

General

• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager, ensuring the area is well-presented through folding and displaying.
• Process sales transactions, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately across all payment methods.
• Maintain good housekeeping standards on the shop floor and ensure the Cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy.
• Acknowledge customers and provide quality service either face-to-face or over the telephone.
• Organize and arrange the stockroom efficiently to maintain excellent standards.
• Continually enhance product knowledge and be aware of promotions throughout the store.
• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on SOPs, implementing store self-assessment audits and reviews.
• Develop and execute action plans based on internal audit reports in collaboration with the wider management team.
• Maintain awareness of health and safety standards, communicating with management to address accidents and risks.
• Identify and communicate safe work practices and procedures to mitigate employee and customer risks.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proven ability to maintain effective store sections and zones.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge and understanding of fashion retail operations and compliance standards.

• Previous experience in fashion retail or excellent customer service experience is preferred.
• A passion for fashion and ability to articulate ideas clearly.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
