• The part-time casual role involves supporting store objectives by delivering excellent customer service in alignment with store needs. The role requires effective maintenance of designated sections and zones within the store. Part-time casual employees are integral in achieving store sales targets and providing a great customer experience.

General

• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by the Manager, ensuring a neat and attractive presentation of products.
• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately across all payment methods to provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Ensure good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor and cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.
• Acknowledge customers promptly and provide quality services both face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging stock efficiently.
• Continually develop product knowledge and stay informed about promotions throughout the store.

Standards Compliance

• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and consistently updated on SOPs.
• Implement store audits and reviews, collaborating with the management team to devise and deliver action plans.

Health and Safety

• Maintain good housekeeping throughout all store areas and report any accidents to senior management.
• Be aware of potential risks to employees and customers, and communicate safe work practices and procedures.

• Excellent customer service skills to enhance the shopping experience and meet customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently manage stockroom and shop floor responsibilities.
• Effective communication skills for engaging with customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to various work schedules including nights and weekends.

• Previous experience in fashion retail or excellent customer service is preferred.
• A passion for fashion and a keen sense of trends are essential.
• Strong communication skills are required to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor with good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
