• The role of PART-TIME(CASUAL) at INDITEX involves supporting store objectives by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining effective upkeep of designated store sections. This position aims to achieve sales targets while ensuring a superior customer experience. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining store standards, processing transactions, and assisting in stockroom management. Success in this role is achieved through strong communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment. It is set across multiple locations including Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia, enhancing store operations without direct reporting responsibilities.

Store Maintenance

• Maintain responsibility for one or several sections of the store as instructed by your Manager, ensuring a basic image of the area by folding and displaying merchandise.
• Ensure that good housekeeping standards are maintained on the shop floor and ensure that Cash desk areas are replenished and kept tidy throughout the day.
• Maintain excellent standards in the stockroom by organizing and arranging the stock efficiently.

Customer Service

• Process sales, exchanges, and refunds efficiently, accurately, and quickly in all payment methods.
• Ensure customers are acknowledged and receive quality service either face to face or over the telephone.
• To be aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and apply safe work practices.
• Communicate with the senior management team in case an accident occurs, ensuring rapid response and resolution.

Standards Compliance and Knowledge Development

• Ensure employees are knowledgeable and updated on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Continually develop stock knowledge and promotions throughout the store.
• Implement store self-assessment audits and review internal audit reports.
• Devise action plans with the wider management team to ensure actions are delivered effectively.

• Excellent customer service skills and experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Previous experience in fashion retail or excellent customer service experience preferred.
• Energetic and enthusiastic with a passion for fashion.
• Articulate with good communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, with flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
