Overview Of The Role:
- The Operations Executive is tasked with supporting the operational functions in the store. This role includes maintaining the efficiency of stock management, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and contributing to a safe and well-organized store environment. The Operations Executive will engage with the latest RFID technology to optimize processes and enhance customer service, while also ensuring the store remains compliant with health and safety regulations. Success in this role is marked by improved operational efficiency, effective problem-solving in stock management, and maintaining consistent compliance with company policies.
What You Will Do:
General
- Fully understand the general concept of RFID, including RFID Identity and RFID Reading.
- Utilize knowledge of RFID to improve customer service, manage sales and returns, conduct inventory, manage replenishment, and ensure security.
- Organize the stockroom based on family and styles quickly and accurately, and process overstock efficiently.
- Conduct stock enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Implement effective replenishment practices to ensure product availability.
- Manage and understand the Camion processes.
Standards & Compliance
- Ensure the store is adequately resourced across all compliance areas and maintain a thorough knowledge of compliance issues.
- Educate and update employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Implement store self-assessment audits, review internal audit reports, and devise and action plans with management.
Health and Safety
- Maintain good housekeeping throughout the store and communicate effectively with senior management in case of incidents.
- Identify risks to employees and customers, and apply safe work practices and company procedures to mitigate them.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Proficient knowledge of RFID technology and its application in retail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage stock efficiently.
- Clear and effective communication skills for customer service and team collaboration.
- Capability to implement and audit compliance and safety procedures.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Previous experience in retail operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both articulate and clear.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, with strong initiative and self-motivation.
- Good interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
