Overview Of The Role:

  • The Operations Executive is critical in maintaining efficient store operations, ensuring seamless RFID operations, superior stock handling, and compliance with legal and safety standards. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage resources effectively within the store environment. Success in this role is measured by inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and adherence to internal and external compliance guidelines. The Operations Executive is key to delivering operational excellence that supports the store's overall financial and service goals.

What You Will Do:

General


  • Fully understand the general concept of RFID including RFID Identity and RFID Reading.
  • Leverage six benefits of RFID, such as improving customer service, managing sales/returns, inventory control, camion processes, replenishment, and security.
  • Organize the stockroom and shop floor efficiently, ensuring stock is quickly and accurately categorized by family and styles.
  • Process overstock and manage faulty items effectively within store protocols.
  • Handle stock inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct replenishment operations to ensure stock levels meet store requirements.
  • Manage camion processes efficiently, ensuring seamless transfer and organization of merchandise.
  • Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and maintain thorough knowledge of compliance issues.
  • Train store employees on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure they are knowledgeable and up-to-date.
  • Implement store self-assessment audits, review internal audit reports, and devise action plans with management.
  • Maintain health and safety standards throughout the store, communicating with senior management regarding accidents.
  • Identify and mitigate risks faced by employees and customers, ensuring safe work practices and adherence to company procedures.


Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Proficiency in RFID technologies and inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock handling.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in retail operations is preferred.
