KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully completed a diploma/degree in materials handling /logistics (Mechanical/Automobile).
- Minimum 3–5-year work experience in a parts delivery operation will be an added advantage.
- Good computer literacy with excellent command in MS Excel and SAP experience would be an added advantage.
- A good team player who maintains a high level of customer service.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that Parts area is well managed and operates smoothly for high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction and supply of parts within agreed SLA’s.
- Liaise with company owned workshops, parts dealers, customers and AMW IT division as an when required.
- Ensure staff’s execution of assigned jobs according to established work standards, specifications and required time.
- Maintain the discipline, safe and clean work area through strict implementation of company rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Update the dealers regarding new parts/accessories as well as campaigns and monitoring of changes in the price.
