About the Role 

The Sales Support Executive is responsible for generating leads, supporting the charter sales team, and driving client relationships in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

 

Primary Duties:

  • Generating leads, promoting product, negotiating quotations
  • Proactively targeting potential clients and converting them to existing clients
  • Successfully create opportunities with potential and existing clients
  • Identify and qualify sales leads
  • Efficiently handle charter bookings  

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years sales experience or customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Working experience in client facing role
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPI’s
  • Desire to commit to the demands of the role and long shifts (this role is not office standard working hours)
  • Sound knowledge of the Arabic Culture
  • Arabic speaking is an advantage

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent understanding of the product and charter process
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and financial goals
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long term business relationships with clients to ensure repeated business
  • Willing to learn and adapt to a dynamic environment
