Overview of the role

 

The TCM/Sales Performance Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting Trade Cycle Management and Sales Performance initiatives. This position involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing insights to optimize trade cycles and improve sales performance. Furthermore, the analyst will be involved in sales related projects with regards to automotive financial services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

 

What you will do

 

•    Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to overall sales, product penetrations, trade cycles, customer renewals, and sales performance over time. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
•    Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on trade cycle metrics, sales performance (B2C, B2B, Rental and Famco etc), and customer equity/parity on vehicles. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports.
•    Strategy Support: Assist in developing all levels of Sales Strategies (General Sales, TCM, Product etc.) and implementing the Trade Cycle Management & Renewals Strategy Playbook as well as digital strategies. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments, including Account Regional Managers, Brands, Finance, and the CRM team, to ensure alignment and effective execution of trade cycle and sales performance strategies.
•    Project Management: Drive sales growth projects derived from the overall strategies. Work closely with automotive brands, operations and planning teams to setup and execute in sales related projects such as leasing growth initiative, TCM/re-solicitation and the like.
•    Performance Scorecards: Support the development and maintenance of performance scorecards. Participate in workshops and discussions to review metrics and calculation methodologies. Analyze data and pass suitable recommendations to senior mangement.

•    Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within trade cycle management, pricing mechanism and sales performance. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with legal, compliance, risk, finance, operations, automotive brands, financial services organizations to excel customer satisfaction and drive future Revenue/Gross Margin contribution of the organization.
•    Customer Communication: Assist in structuring customer data and developing the next best offers. Ensure effective communication with customers regarding trade cycles and renewals.

 

Required Skills to be successful

 

•    Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance management.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
•    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications


•    Experience in the automotive finance industry or a related field.
•    Knowledge of trade cycle management and customer renewals.
•    Familiarity with performance scorecards and metrics
