Overview of the Role


We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager – Construction Equipment to lead and grow our construction equipment business in the Dammam region of KSA. This role requires a strategic, customer centric sales leader with strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in driving revenue, expanding market share, and building long-term customer partnerships. You will play a key role in developing sales strategy, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the overall success of the division.


What You Will Do


•    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
•    Deliver sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory in alignment with business objectives.
•    Achieve financial goals through effective planning, forecasting, and execution of sales strategies.
•    Contribute to the development of the divisional strategy and annual business plans.
•    Enhance team performance through coaching, mentoring, and continuous capability development.
•    Understand customer requirements and prepare customized proposals for construction equipment solutions.
•    Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring a seamless customer experience.
•    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making.
•    Travel as required across the Eastern Province to manage customer engagements and regional business activities.


Required Skills to Be Successful


•    Minimum 7 years of sales experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
•    Strong technical understanding of construction equipment, attachments, and machinery applications.
•    Customer focused, target driven, and results oriented approach.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
•    Proven business development ability with a strong record of converting new business opportunities.
•    Strategic thinker with strong decision making capabilities.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Valid KSA or GCC driving license.
