Overview of the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales operations for your assigned showroom, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and achievement of annual sales targets. You will drive the team to deliver results in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values while maintaining compliance with all policies, processes, and government regulations.

 

What You Will Do
•    Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
•    Monitor team performance through business plans, performance reviews, and operational KPIs.
•    Ensure adherence to standard sales processes, enhancing efficiency and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
•    Coach and develop team members to ensure consistent customer care and readiness for future career growth.
•    Oversee all point-of-sales activities, including accuracy of customer data and documentation.
•    Resolve customer complaints requiring managerial intervention to meet customer engagement targets.
•    Keep the team updated on product knowledge, market developments, and sales techniques through regular meetings and training.
•    Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and government regulations to minimize legal risks.

 

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
•    Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
•    Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

 


About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic and high-performing sales team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success across UAE showrooms. The team includes Sales Executives, Sales Administrators, and Guest Relations Officers, all working collaboratively to achieve branch targets and uphold the organisation's commitment to excellence.

 

What Equips You for the Role
•    Knowledge of customer service principles, sales techniques, and business administration.
•    General understanding of financial and accounting procedures.
•    Basic proficiency in English; limited understanding of Arabic is an added advantage.
•    Behavioural strengths include active learning, monitoring, social perceptiveness, persistence, and problem sensitivity.
•    Strong sales-related traits: persuasive, resilient, patient, and able to thrive under pressure.
•    Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to manage escalations.
•    Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
•    Ability to analyze reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
•    Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
•    Time management, stress tolerance, and decision making abilities.
•    Computer proficiency in MS Office and relevant sales systems (e.g., C4C).
