Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Used Units to lead our Used Units Sales operations in the Western Region of KSA. The role focuses on achieving sales volume, revenue, and gross margin targets, while ensuring effective coordination across internal teams. The position also supports trade‑in and buyback initiatives for the New Units Sales team.
What You Will Do
• Lead the Used Units Sales function and ensure achievement of sales volume, revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Set monthly and quarterly objectives by model and branch in collaboration with the Planning & Analysis team.
• Develop accurate weekly sales and gross‑margin forecasts for senior management reporting.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales progression and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure maximum stock availability and address ageing stock through targeted sales campaigns.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track retail and SME performance.
• Work closely with retail partners to design and implement effective sales campaigns.
• Coordinate with Logistics and After‑Sales teams on all matters related to used units.

• Strong leadership experience in managing sales teams.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and forecasting skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Proficiency in SAP, forecasting tools, and KPI tracking systems.
About the Team
You will lead a team of six Used Units Sales professionals and collaborate with the Country Manager and various internal departments, including Planning & Analysis, Logistics, After‑Sales, and the New Units Sales team. The team culture is performance‑driven, collaborative, and committed to operational excellence.
What Equips You for the Role
• Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Commercial Vehicle industry, specifically Heavy Commercial Vehicles and/or construction equipment.
• Demonstrated track record in achieving sales results and successfully leading sales teams.
• Experience in the KSA market is desired.
• Fluent in English; KSA driving licence preferred
