Overview of the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at DOMASCO. This role will be responsible for leading the trucks and commercial vehicles sales operations, driving business growth, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage and lead the trucks and commercial vehicles sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with fleet customers and key accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and aftersales teams to support business development activities.
  • Ensure all sales processes, documentation, and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the face of DOMASCO in the commercial vehicle sector.

 

Required skills to be successful:

  • Strong experience in trucks and commercial vehicle sales within the Qatar market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
  • Qatar driving license is a must.

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the trucks/commercial vehicle industry.
  • Experience working with major brands in the heavy vehicle sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong network within the fleet and logistics sectors.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
