Overview of the Role

Are you passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as a Sales Executive and become part of one of the region’s leading automotive teams. In this role, you will maximize every sales opportunity, build lasting relationships with customers, and contribute to the continued success of our automotive operations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah.

You will be responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets while driving revenue through Finance & Insurance (F&I), trade-ins, and accessory sales. At the same time, you will ensure a seamless customer journey that delivers outstanding customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

What You Will Do

  • Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins and supporting overall business objectives.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Generate and Manage Leads: Actively prospect for new customers, maintain an active sales pipeline, and effectively utilize company sales systems and tools.
  • Promote Value-Added Products: Maximize opportunities for Finance & Insurance products, trade-ins, extended warranties, and accessories.
  • Ensure Process Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures relating to sales transactions, documentation, cash handling, and credit processes.
  • Stay Market-Aware: Continuously develop product knowledge, understand industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Support Team Success: Collaborate with colleagues and branch teams to deliver business objectives and outstanding customer outcomes.

 

Required Skills to Be Successful

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong upselling and cross-selling capabilities with the ability to create value for customers.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales excellence.

 

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and high-performing automotive sales team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business growth. The role works closely with Branch Managers, Sales Consultants, Finance & Insurance teams, and support functions to ensure customers receive a seamless end-to-end buying experience. Success in this role requires teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

 

What Equips You for the Role

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive, retail, or customer-facing sales roles.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Additional languages such as Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Farsi, Malayalam, Tamil, or other regional languages will be highly beneficial.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work confidently in a target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Good understanding of customer needs, sales processes, and automotive products.
  • Strong team player with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
