Overview of the role
As a Sales Executive – Motorcycles, you will play a key role in driving Honda motorcycle sales across the UAE. You will be responsible for generating leads, engaging customers, delivering an exceptional buying experience, and converting opportunities into successful deals. This role supports both retail (B2C) and corporate (B2B) customers while contributing to stock turnover, showroom performance, and overall business growth.

 

What you will do
•    Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for units, revenue, and gross margin.
•    Generate high-quality leads through C4C and convert them effectively into sales.
•    Deliver excellent customer experience to support repeat business, referrals, and high satisfaction scores.
•    Drive B2B and fleet sales by identifying and developing new corporate accounts.
•    Support stock management by reducing ageing inventory and contributing to clearance campaigns.
•    Maintain full compliance with sales processes, CRM standards, documentation accuracy, and finance/insurance quality.
•    Represent the brand at events, ride activities, and promotional activations to increase visibility and lead generation.
•    Participate in regular sales meetings, mandatory training, and continuous product knowledge development.

 

Required skills to be successful
•    Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the motorcycle or automotive industry.
•    Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
•    Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and consistently achieve targets.
•    Ability to manage both B2C and B2B opportunities, including fleet and corporate clients.

 

About the team
You will be joining the Honda Motorcycles sales team within Al-Futtaim Automotive, working closely with the Sales Manager – Motorcycles and collaborating with showroom operations, marketing, finance, aftersales, and logistics teams. The environment is fast-paced, customer-focused, and aligned with Honda’s global brand standards. The role may involve extended hours during peak seasons to meet customer demand and achieve targets.
