Overview Of The Role:

  • The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the recruitment process across specified business units, ensuring the delivery of satisfactory experiences for all stakeholders involved. The role involves supporting manpower planning, developing hiring plans, and driving proactive talent sourcing through market insights and strategic networking. Utilizing assessment tools and recruitment platforms, the Partner will facilitate the attraction, sourcing, selection, and integration of talent in alignment with SLAs and organizational policies. Success in this role is measured by feedback from business units, hiring managers, and new hires, along with adherence to sourcing timelines and strategic nationalization recruitment efforts.


What You Will Do:

General

 

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specific business units, ensuring highly satisfactory experiences for Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Stakeholders.
  • Support business units during manpower planning and scheduling, contributing to the development of a hiring plan to fulfill budgeted manpower requirements.
  • Drive proactive fulfilment of manpower business requirements by developing an extensive network for talent sourcing.
  • Manage sourcing solutions including attracting, sourcing, selecting, and integrating talent by understanding business needs and growth plans.
  • Provide and utilize assessment tools to attract and select the right talent, ensuring merit-based decisions through comparative analysis of candidates.
  • Efficiently use recruitment platforms like ATS, social media, and job boards to facilitate talent acquisition.
  • Plan and conduct assessment centers and open days to identify suitable candidates and create talent pools in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and review processes with business units regularly to improve recruitment operations.
  • Manage offers ensuring alignment with business manpower budgets and internal total rewards policies.



Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proficiency in utilizing advanced recruitment technologies and platforms.
  • Ability to develop strategic sourcing plans and talent pools to meet business goals.


What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing.
  • Previous experience with ATS, recruitment platforms, and LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Extensive knowledge of KSA labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in interviewing and personal assessment skills, problem-solving, analytical skills, and teamwork.
