Overview Of The Role:
- The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle for designated business units. The role involves strategic planning, sourcing, and assessment to fulfill manpower needs, while ensuring high satisfaction levels among stakeholders and candidates. Success in this role is measured by adherence to SLAs, effectiveness in sourcing, and quality of hire metrics. The role does not require direct reports or financial management but demands strong collaboration with internal teams and external candidates.
What You Will Do:
Recruitment Process Management
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specific business units.
- Ensure Hiring Manager, Candidate, and Stakeholder experiences are satisfactory.
- Adhere to KPIs and SLAs according to group standards.
- Use defined methodologies for each position.
Business Collaboration
- Support business units during manpower planning and scheduling.
- Contribute to a Hiring Plan to fulfill budgeted manpower needs.
- Provide market insights during strategic planning stages.
Sourcing and Networking
- Manage sourcing solutions by understanding business needs and growth plans.
- Develop extensive market networks to drive proactive manpower fulfillment.
- Cultivate relationships with external talent for a proactive acquisition pipeline.
Candidate Assessment
- Support business units with assessment tools for talent selection.
- Record and analyze assessment activities to ensure merit-based recruitment.
- Facilitate feedback and review processes with new hires and managers.
Tools and Processes
- Utilize ATS systems, social media, and job boards efficiently.
- Plan and conduct assessment centers and open days for candidate selection.
- Develop Talent Pools to meet hiring plans and business needs.
- Manage job offers in line with manpower budgets and internal policies.
Performance and Process Review
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and consistent process application for all roles.
- Collaborate with business units to review and refine SLAs and recruitment processes.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expertise in recruitment sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to collaborate with various business units to understand their hiring needs.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
- A minimum of 4-7 years of recruitment or sourcing experience.
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
- Demonstrated skills in interviewing, personal assessment, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
