Overview of the role
As Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing government-related processes and documentation that support logistics, customs clearance, transportation, and vehicle registration activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external government entities to ensure all transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory requirements.


What you will do
•    Manage government-related documentation and processes that support customs clearance, transportation, and logistics operations.
•    Liaise with relevant authorities to issue and renew licenses, permits, registrations, and other required documents.
•    Monitor and manage key government e-services platforms including Tamm, Fasah, Saudi Customs, Chamber of Commerce, and related systems.
•    Support customs activities by issuing broker authorizations, bayans, pledges, and maintaining customs card records.
•    Coordinate vehicle registration, ownership transfer, and related Traffic Police services for operational requirements.
•    Track traffic violations, arrange payments, and complete follow-up actions through relevant digital platforms.
•    Prepare timely updates and reports, identifying risks, delays, and opportunities to improve execution.
•    Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date, compliant, and easily accessible.


Required skills to be successful
•    You should bring 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in government relations and/or logistics operations, particularly in transportation and customs clearance.
•    Strong knowledge of government relations processes within Saudi Arabia.
•    Hands-on experience with logistics operations, customs clearance, and transportation-related documentation.
•    Proficiency in using government e-services platforms and digital systems.


About the team
You will be part of the Operations team and report to the Logistics Manager. The role works closely with logistics and administrative colleagues to keep essential processes moving efficiently and compliantly. This is a collaborative position that supports business continuity by maintaining strong coordination between internal teams and external authorities.

•    Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and solve issues proactively.
