Overview of the role

As Fleet Business Manager your primary responsibilities will is to manage the on-ground fleet finance sales operations through Banks and Finance companies through the enforcement of campaigns, by identifying new or referred customers by the fleet sales team. This role encompasses the entire Financial Service fleet sale process, including identifying potential clients, negotiating deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling all related paperwork

 

What you will do

  • In addition to processing finance applications to improve, and grow the current portfolio by ensuring geographical, and territorial coverage is maintained based on business outcome.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with fleet customers.
  • Negotiating sales contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Providing excellent customer service to fleet clients.
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensuring satisfaction throughout the Financing process.
  • Managing paperwork related to Fleet sales, financing, and delivery.
  • Staying informed on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Understanding diverse fleet customer needs.
  • Deliver against all sales revenue and profit targets for lease and rental products.
  • Build awareness of AFF and MS within local corporate community.
  • Become actively integrated with key local networking groups.
  • Build high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Demonstrated expertise in lease operation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly developed negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of legal and Banks regulations governing Fleet leasing practices.

 

What equips you for the role

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
  • Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking.
  • Sales and Business Development background.
  • Experience working with global telecommunications providers.
