Overview Of The Role:

The Regional Manager – Automotive Bodyshop is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end operations, financial performance, and strategic growth of multiple Bodyshop facilities across Jeddah, KSA. This role is accountable for achieving revenue and profitability targets while ensuring operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, and full compliance with company standards. The position will lead site leadership teams, optimize resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, while aligning Bodyshop operations with overall business objectives and regional expansion plans.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Drive overall financial performance of Bodyshop operations across the region, including revenue, gross margin, and effective cost control
  • Ensure operational excellence across all sites, focusing on productivity, utilization, efficiency, and service turnaround times
  • Oversee Work‑in‑Progress (WIP) management and proactively reduce aging cases to improve cash flow and operational effectiveness
  • Maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality across all Bodyshop facilities
  • Ensure full compliance with HSSE requirements, quality standards, and company policies across all locations
  • Lead, coach, and develop site leadership teams, driving strong performance, engagement, and succession planning
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Insurance teams to ensure a steady inflow of work and optimal volume mix
  • Optimize manpower planning and resource allocation to control operational costs and improve productivity
  • Drive the implementation of digital solutions, process improvements, and system enhancements (e.g., scheduling, estimation, and workflow tools)
  • Support expansion initiatives, including new site setup, ramp‑up phases, and operational stabilization of newly launched facilities

 

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Strong ability to manage P&L, drive revenue growth, control costs, and improve profitability across multiple Bodyshop locations
  • Deep expertise in Bodyshop operations with a proven track record of improving productivity, utilization, WIP management, and turnaround times
  • Ability to lead and develop multi‑site leadership teams while effectively collaborating with insurance partners, business development teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience driving transformation through digital tools, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives to support scale, efficiency, and expansion

 

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in automotive aftersales or Bodyshop operations, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership or regional role
  • Strong P&L management experience with a proven track record of driving financial performance
  • Deep knowledge of Bodyshop operations, including B&P processes, insurance coordination, and fleet business
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capability across multiple locations
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills
  • Track record of driving operational excellence and continuous process improvement initiatives
