Overview of the Role
The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing profit margins through international parts wholesale, while cultivating strong client relationships and consistently delivering outstanding service.
 
What You Will Do
•    Achieve and exceed assigned sales and gross margin targets.
•    Target both new and existing customers to enhance brand penetration across defined customer segments and sales channels.
•    Promote and sell aged stock in accordance with company finance policies.
•    Ensure all customer deliveries are fulfilled in line with company policies and service standards.
•    Monitor market trends, including competitor activity, pricing strategies, and VAT compliance requirements.
•    Oversee and ensure accuracy in team documentation related to sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, cash handling, and deposits, maintaining alignment with company policies and VAT documentation standards.
•    Prepare and verify shipping documents in accordance with Letters of Credit and export regulations.
•    Comply with company QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and report any incidents to the line manager


Required Skills to Be Successful
•    Proven track record in B2B parts sales, especially managing large accounts.
•    Strong knowledge of financial processes and international automotive parts markets.
•    Demonstrated ability in upselling and creating value from new product offerings.
•    Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to shape customer buying decision


About the Team
You will report directly to the Key Account Manager and operate as an individual contributor within your assigned region
 
What Equips You for the Role
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive, Business Management, or a related field.
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B parts sales, ideally within international markets.
•    Proven ability to manage and grow large customer accounts in a competitive market
