Overview of the role:
The primary focus of this role is to create a customer centric environment that is geared at supporting customer facing and technical staff by ensuring that our customers vehicles are Fix Right the First Time and support the on-time delivery of vehicles based on customer requests. 

 

What you will do:  
•    Maximize the revenue potential from the aftersales operations to meet the revenue and margin performance objectives
•    Study and evaluate current customer verbatims to implement a culture of Small Group Activities and enhance customer experience and operational efficiencies
•    Ensure the accurate flow of customer and vehicle information to ensure the vehicles are fixed right from the first time and delivered on time
•    Ensure that all reporting staff demonstrate a high level of sifting, sorting, sweeping, spick and span (5S) and safety that promotes a customer centric environment
•    Ensure the ongoing monitoring of all support staff and evaluate the schedule of all staff on a daily basis
•    Ensure that the team reaches the targets and key performance indicators as set by the management

What equips you for the role:
•    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same or a similar role
•    Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or hospitality
•    Strong customer service skills
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office
