Overview Of The Role

To lead and manage the bodyshop front office through the Reception Supervisor, ensuring smooth daily operations across service advisors, estimators, and receptionists. The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring complaint handling is correctly followed, and driving key performance indicators such as NPS, WIP control, and sales targets. Acts as the key link between the customer-facing team, estimation team, and workshop operations.

 

What You Will Do

  • Lead and coach the Reception Supervisor to ensure front office operations deliver a customer-centric experience with high satisfaction.
  • Ensure estimation and reception teams handle customer complaints professionally, following the correct process and company SOPs.
  • Monitor WIP (Work-In-Progress) aging and job flow to ensure efficient operations and timely vehicle deliveries.
  • Track and drive financial performance in per VIN revenue, upselling, and estimation accuracy, ensuring compliance with pricing and approval guidelines.
  • Ensure reception and waiting area standards (5S) are maintained, promoting a professional and safe environment.
  • Maintain and foster positive relationships with insurance partners and key stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and support business growth.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, daily briefings, and training plans through the Reception Supervisor, ensuring staff follow operational SOPs.
  • Ensure effective coordination between front office teams (advisors, estimators) and workshop production to avoid delays and disputes.

 

Required Skills To Be Successful

  • Knowledge of bodyshop operations and insurance claim processes
  • Experience in complaint handling and KPI management (NPS, WIP, Sales etc.)
  • Familiarity with estimating and bodyshop management systems 
  • Customer-focused leadership

 

About The Team
Reporting to Regional Manager, you will be working in a busy Bodyshop workshop in Mussafah, AbuDhabi handling a team and work closely with cross functional teams.

 

What Equips You For The Role

  • Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or Hospitality
  • 5+ years in automotive customer care or bodyshop service
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong coordination and leadership skills
