Job Purpose

To deliver high‑quality diagnostic imaging services using general radiography equipment in line with evidence‑based practice, statutory regulations, and radiation safety standards. The role supports accurate diagnosis by producing high‑quality images and working closely with Radiologists within a busy outpatient clinic environment in Discovery Gardens, Dubai.

Role Overview

This is a clinic‑based Radiology Technologist role focused on general X‑ray imaging at our HealthHub Clinic in Discovery Gardens, Dubai.
The position is well suited to a Radiology Technologist with strong general radiography experience who is comfortable working independently, managing patient workflows, and maintaining high imaging and safety standards in a community clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general radiography examinations in line with clinical guidelines and radiation safety regulations
Produce high‑quality diagnostic images to support accurate clinical interpretation by Radiologists
Prepare patients for imaging procedures and provide clear instructions and reassurance
Assess clinical conditions, prioritise imaging requests, and respond appropriately to urgent or emergency cases
Ensure imaging procedures are justified and escalate concerns where necessary
Manage own imaging caseload and maintain accurate imaging records
Follow safeguarding policies and infection control procedures at all times
Provide emergency care when required and maintain up‑to‑date resuscitation training
Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and Radiologists to support patient care

Candidate Profile

DHA‑licensed or DHA‑eligible Radiology Technologist (mandatory)
Strong experience in general radiography / X‑ray imaging
Comfortable working in an outpatient or community clinic environment
Strong understanding of radiation safety and imaging protocols
Professional, patient‑focused, and detail‑oriented
Able to work independently and manage workflow effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team‑oriented, reliable, and adaptable

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography, Radiologic Technology, or Medical / Diagnostic Imaging from an accredited institution
Valid DHA, HAAD, or MOH (UAE) license or eligibility as a Radiology Technologist
Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Radiology Technologist
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Life Support (ALS) is an advantage
Strong computer literacy and familiarity with radiology systems
