Overview of the Role
Are you an experienced automotive Quality Controller with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring vehicles meet the highest standards of workmanship?
We are currently building a strong pool of talented Quality Controllers for future opportunities across the UAE.
As a Quality Controller, you will be responsible for inspecting completed vehicle refurbishment, body repair, and paint work to ensure the required quality standards are consistently achieved. You will identify quality concerns, analyze repeat repairs, recommend improvements, and work closely with workshop teams to continuously improve workmanship.

What You Will Do
- Perform quality inspections on vehicles following refurbishment, body repair, and paint work.
- Ensure completed repairs meet established quality and workmanship standards.
- Identify quality concerns before vehicles are released.
- Analyze repeat repair cases and recommend appropriate quality improvement measures.
- Support painters, panel beaters, technicians, and supervisors in improving workmanship standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection and repeat repair analysis reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
- Maintain a strong focus on achieving quality inspection targets and operational requirements.

About the Team
You will work within a professional automotive Aftersales and refurbishment environment, collaborating closely with technicians, painters, panel beaters, and supervisors.
The team is focused on ensuring vehicles are refurbished and repaired to high quality standards. As Quality Controller, you will play an important role in identifying improvement opportunities and supporting workshop teams in delivering consistently high-quality workmanship.
What Equips You for the Role
- Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Controller within a reputable automotive dealership, preferably with experience handling multiple vehicle makes.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle body repair, paint, and refurbishment.
- Experience conducting quality inspections and identifying repair or workmanship concerns.
- Ability to guide workshop teams on quality improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work effectively in a high-activity environment and remain focused on quality targets.
