Overview of the Role

Are you passionate about commercial vehicles and product strategy? We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the procurement and lifecycle management of heavy-duty trucks and buses. Based in Dubai, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning customer needs with brand specifications, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and OEM partners.

 

What You Will Do

  • Define and validate vehicle specifications to meet customer and operational requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process—from forecasting and ordering to delivery tracking
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to consolidate vehicle needs.Lead interactions with OEMs (Volvo, Eicher, or equivalent) and support brand engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee business review meetings, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor supplier performance, optimize costs, and ensure compliance with internal policies.

 

 

Required Skills to Be Successful

  • Proven Product Management experience in the commercial vehicle sector.
  • Volvo and/or Eicher Product Management Certification or equivalent from other OEMs (non-negotiable).
  • Strong background in truck and/or bus commercial, technical, or sales functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to compile and analyze technical data and reports.
  • High computer literacy and attention to technical detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi is a plus.

You’ll report to the Head of Truck and lead a team of Sales Administrators and Support Executives. The team thrives on collaboration, customer-centricity, and operational excellence, working closely with global OEMs and internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class vehicle solutions.
