Overview of the role:

• Acting as BYD brand ambassador, you will provide a joyful and delightful experience to the customers, offering a comprehensive technical knowledge on the Brand and Products, building a long-term relationship by welcoming customers and performing product walkthrough, test drive and vehicle handover.

What you will do:    

• Energetically engage with showroom customers, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your friendly and approachable demeanour will invite questions and encourage customers to seek advice.
• Your in-depth understanding of our cars and brand, including models, tech features, and design elements, will play a pivotal role in providing accurate and insightful responses to customer inquiries. Take pride in educating potential buyers about the numerous benefits and unique selling points of our vehicles.
• Embark on exciting test drives with customers, delivering a comprehensive explanation of all car functions during the technical delivery process.
• Step into the role of a customer support champion, promptly addressing any concerns or issues customers may have regarding our brand, vehicles, or services.
• Be a passionate advocate for our car brand, embodying its values and mission. Showcase the distinct advantages of our vehicles over competitors, leaving a lasting impression on potential buyers.
• During exhilarating new product launches, be a key player in presenting the latest features and innovations to captivate and inspire potential buyers. Your enthusiasm will contribute to the overall success of these exciting events.
• Prepare a memorable vehicle handover, setup the vehicle for the customer following  BYD standards, going through all the features of the vehicle in an understandable way

About the Team:

• This role will be reporting directly to the BYD Sales Manager. 

What equips you for the role:

• Bachelors Degree
• Valid UAE’s driving license
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Proficient in English, Arabic advantageous
• 2 years’ experience in a customer facing role and passion for vehicles and Tech environment 
• Tech-Savvy EV enthusiast: stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, with a focus on electric vehicle
• Exceptional communicator: clearly convey technical details and build strong relationships.
• Engaging storyteller: translate complex information into compelling narratives
• Capability to work under pressure – able to withstand high levels of stress
• Well organized and able to multitask and handle multiple tasks
