We are looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Accessory Manager – Electric Mobility to join our Product & Pricing team at Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the accessory strategy across our electric vehicle brands, ensuring a competitive and profitable accessory portfolio that enhances customer experience, vehicle value, and business performance. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, OEM partners, and suppliers to deliver innovative accessory solutions, support new vehicle launches, optimize pricing strategies, and drive accessory sales growth across the business.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and manage accessory portfolios for electric mobility brands through market analysis, customer insights, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve accessory penetration, revenue, and profitability across vehicle line-ups.
  • Define accessory pricing strategies, bundled offers, and promotional initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure accessory readiness for new model launches, including product validation, pricing, stock availability, and sales enablement tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create accessory campaigns, showroom materials, digital content, and customer-facing communications.
  • Work closely with Aftersales, Logistics, and Workshop teams to ensure accessory installation readiness and operational excellence.
  • Monitor accessory performance, customer feedback, and market trends, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Drive accessory sales initiatives through retail showrooms and workshop channels while tracking performance against targets.

About the team:
You will join the Product & Pricing team within Al-Futtaim Electric Mobility, supporting a portfolio of leading electric vehicle brands. The team plays a key role in shaping product strategy, pricing, profitability, market competitiveness, and customer experience. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on driving innovation and growth in the rapidly evolving EV industry.

 

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive accessories, product management, pricing, aftersales, or related functions within an OEM or major automotive distributor.
  • Strong understanding of accessory lifecycle management and pricing methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Supply Chain, and OEM partners.
  • GCC automotive industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive projects to completion.
  • Fluent English communication skills; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
