Al-Futtaim Health is seeking experienced and highly professional Registered Nurses to join our growing Private Medical Services team in Dubai.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians delivering high-quality healthcare services directly to patients within premium residential, hospitality, and executive environments throughout Dubai.
Unlike traditional homecare roles, this position focuses on providing physician-led medical care to high-net-worth individuals, international visitors, executives, families, and VIP clients who prefer the comfort, privacy, and convenience of receiving healthcare services in their residence, hotel, or private accommodation.

About the Role
As a Private Medical Services Nurse, you will support physicians during patient consultations and healthcare visits while providing high-quality clinical care in community and residential environments.
This role combines strong clinical skills with exceptional patient service and professionalism.
You will be responsible for supporting patient assessments, clinical procedures, treatment administration, monitoring, documentation, and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities
Accompany physicians during healthcare visits across Dubai.
Deliver high-quality nursing care within private residences and hospitality environments.
Support comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Support patients with acute and chronic healthcare needs.
Provide patient education and healthcare guidance.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Build trusted relationships with patients and families.
Essential Requirements
Registered Nurse with DHA Licence.
Currently residing within the UAE.
Minimum 3 years' post-registration nursing experience.
Hospital, outpatient, VIP healthcare, community healthcare, emergency, medical-surgical, or private healthcare experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and patient engagement skills.
Professional appearance and confident communication style.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Ability to travel throughout Dubai.
Highly Desirable
Western-trained nurse.
