We’re launching a brand-new, state-of-the-art HealthHub clinic in the heart of JVC — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, DHA-experienced Pre-Approval Officer to join our founding team starting October 2025.

📝 Primary Responsibilities:

• Submit all eligible pre-approvals to insurance companies/TPAs
• Follow up internally for additional information required by insurers
• Interact with physicians to obtain clinical justifications for pre-approvals
• Collaborate with the team on complex cases to expedite approvals
• Ensure PAR submissions comply with insurance industry and DHA regulations
• Comply with and maintain records of pre-approval KPIs
• Educate billing/approval teams to enhance process flow
• Meet turnaround time targets while maintaining quality and productivity
• Coordinate with the CDI team to educate staff on proper claims documentation
• Maintain accurate monthly data of claims submissions by insurer
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to improve submission efficiency
• Analyze financial data related to the revenue cycle to identify defaulting payors and support corrective strategies

👤 Ideal Candidate:

• Medical background is preferred
• Knowledge of medical coding (certification is a plus)
• Familiarity with medical billing and insurance protocols
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused
