Postholder Crew Training / Commander Global Express

  • Valid GCAA or ICAO ATPL/IFR
  • Valid GCAA or ICAO TRI/TRE on BD700
  • Valid GCAA or ICAO Medical Class 1
  • Minimum Experience 5000 hrs. total time, 1000 hrs CMD/BD700, 500 hrs TRI/TRE BD700

 

Job Description:

DC Aviation Al Futtaim LLC appoints the Director Crew Training (PCT). He is responsible for training of flight and cabin crews within DC Aviation Al Futtaim LLC. He reports directly to the Accountable Manager and holds the ultimate technical responsibility for the crew training and the related observation of flight operational holder duties.

Duties, Responsibility and Authority of the Post Holder Crew Training:

  • For the management of the Crew Training Department in accordance to OM-D
  • To plan and execute all activities regarding crew training and all other training issues and to coordinate this with the related departments
  • To establish and maintain procedures and processes that are necessary according to CAR OPS 1
  • To monitor training standards based on national and international rules, regulations and laws

 

  • To implement required measures in order to maintain the privileges of the CAR OPS 1 approval and all other related company approvals
  • To perform all duties for crew training as required by OPS 1.175 (i) (3)
  • Assist the Safety/Quality Manager to implement the Quality policies within the Crew Training Department
  • To introduce and implement corrective actions derived from Audits and assessments.
  • To manage human resources to ensure that sufficient qualified and skilled employees are available to perform the crew training duties
  • The authority to sign crew training documents
  • To file and submit required reports, declarations and notifications to the authorities
  • To communicate with the authorities and governmental offices.
  • Operating instructions / specifications on the basis of the OM-D as part of contractual agreements with external contractors.
